We at Mark-It, the Marketing Society of SSCBS, believe in delivering excellence, brilliance and fostering innovation with team efforts, while absorbing knowledge along the way, be it through our wide network, or with our creative vision and ideation. From Knowledge Sharing Sessions, Competitions, Ambassador Programme to the final gambit, Excelsior, we do it all. Mark-It has created a niche for itself in the DU circuit in terms of the value it has added to the marketing space at the university level by setting benchmarks for its peers to follow.
Mark-It functions through a plethora of projects and activities. The vision of the society is to build a nexus of creative and like-minded individuals. It is facilitated by the Mark-It Ambassador Programme, also known as M.A.P, which is spread across the DU circuit. Excelsior is the flagship event of Mark-It. It is a pan India, National level Marketing cum Management conclave with an online reach of more than a staggering 10,000 students across the country. Excelsior is further categorized into 4 event/competitions namely HR-PR, Corporate Strategy, Best Marketer and Best Manager. These competitions test the student’s abilities and acumen in every aspect of Business. From Simulations to Conferences and Presentations, Excelsior has proven to stimulate as well as push the limits of the students, along with citing a year-on-year growth in terms of reach as well as the challenging nature of the competitions. The national level outreach of Excelsior has brought in participation from top-notch Universities in the country, the likes of which are NMIMS, Mumbai, St. Xavier's, Kolkata and Christ University, Bangalore. Furthermore the prestigious nature of the Event has always managed to draw in associations with reputed organizations, promising remarkable rewards for the winners of Excelsior.
