Finance is a broad area of study whichcan be divided into several fields including corporate finance, merger and acquisition, public finance, investment analysis, portfolio management, asset management, behavioral finance, international finance, derivative, etc.Financial decisions are designed to control and support financial functions and related activitiesofbusinessorganization.
Currently, Rashid is focusing his research on mergers and acquisitions through an intellectual capital perspective and its impact of financial performance. The study would help and guide industrialist and decision makers of the firm in formulating ofthe strategic decisions related to mergers and acquisitions.
