Biography

Reema Aggarwal is currently pursuing PhD from Delhi school of Economics, University of Delhi. She has presented papers at both national and international conferences including PAN IIM and was awarded a Gold Medal for Best Business Academic of the Year Award-2018 at 71st All India Commerce Conference, Osmania University, Hyderabad. At present, she is focusing her research on role of positive psychology at workplace, which revolves around authenticity of employees and their psychological resources. The objective of the study is to provide a well validated measurement scale from Indian perspective with all the required psychometric properties. The scale would help give a new perspective to contemporary Indian organisations about the need of positive strengths in the workplace especially for surviving in the globally competitive world and changing economic environment.
